The Company is located in Huanglong Industrial Park of Kaifeng, taking up more than fourteen mu, and the investment scale is more than RMB 30 million Yuan. Now, it is capable of producing 10,000 tons of high-quality pure calcium aluminate cement, 10,000 tons of high-quality α-AI2O3 micro-powder, and 10,000 tons of unshaped refractories; the Company has 2 sets of 1000KV/2500KVA smelting furnaces, 2 automatic micro-powder/fine powder crushing and grinding production lines; more than 40 sets of various mills, as well as 1 casting production line and 1 set of high temperature tunnel kiln with 85 meters in height. The advanced equipments provide reliable guarantee for producing high-quality products, and the Company has passed ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification. The quality online control on all aspects is carried out for the production flow of products, and make the products quality achieve 100%.

The Technology Center of the Company has perfect technical equipments, 52 sets of various testing equipments, which can carry out chemical analysis, diction of specific surface area, particle size analysis, weight of screen residue and the strength (compressive resistance and flexural strength) of refractories, as well as experimental development of applied formula. The Technology Center is divided into three departments including process engineering department, quality detection department and technological development, which are under the leadership of the Company’s chief engineer. There is 24 specialized technical personnel in total, of which silicate and inorganic nonmetal graduates account for the main structure, the Company also possesses of 8 personnel with medium-grade and senior professional title, 2 external technical experts. The Company establishes a close cooperative relationship with a number of universities and research institutes, which lay a solid technology foundation for the development of He Cheng Company.

The Company is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, and the transportation is very developed, such as 310 National Road passes through the front of the Company, and it is only 3 km away from Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway, and also it is close to the Longhai Railway.
